Where do I get it installed?

A technician will install the Halo at a local hub in your region. We will provide the address during the scheduling process.
How is the Halo device installed?

There is no drilling or cutting involved in installing a Halo. Lyft uses quality roof racks to install the device on the roof of your vehicle.
How long do I have to keep it on?

You can have the Halo installed for as long or short as you would like. There is no minimum requirement.
How do I get paid?

Payments are sent with your Weekly Earnings every Monday. There will be a separate line item for Halo advertiser earnings.
Can I remove the Halo myself?

Drivers should not remove the Halo themselves. Only installation technicians are allowed to do so. Please reach out to Lyft to schedule a Halo uninstallation appointment.
Will it harm my battery?

No! The unit turns on when the car is on and turns off when the car turns off.
Do I get paid to refer my friends?

Yes! You will receive a $50 referral bonus for any referred drivers that receive the Halo and show ads for their first 100 Hours.
What happens if I don’t drive with the Halo for more than 7 consecutive days?

If you don’t drive with the Halo for longer than 7 consecutive days, please contact us to remove the display and it will be reinstalled whenever you want to return to the program.
Can the Halo go through a car wash?

Yes, though we do not recommend going through a machine wash with a top roller. A hand wash or side wash is okay.
